3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, graphics, and custom strategies developed for your project become your intellectual property upon full payment of all dues.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Horus SEO’s proprietary technical methodologies or internal strategies shared during consultations is strictly prohibited.

4. Client Obligations

To ensure “unmatched results,” the client agrees to:

Provide all necessary technical access and business data in a timely manner.
Consult with the Horus SEO team before making major technical changes to the website that could disrupt ranking performance.

5. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Fees are payable according to the schedule outlined in your specific service agreement.
Due to the advanced allocation of technical resources and human expertise, payments for services already in progress are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we utilize the “Eye of Horus” predictive data to minimize risks, search engine algorithms (such as Google’s) are subject to external changes. Horus SEO applies global best practices to navigate these shifts, but we are not liable for external fluctuations beyond our technical control.

Horus SEO reserves the right to update these terms to reflect evolving market standards. Current partners will be notified of any significant changes.
